Enablement Leaders

As an Enablement Leader at Aries Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in empowering our service users to achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalized care plans that focus on developing essential life skills and fostering independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualised enablement plans tailored to each service user's needs and goals.
• Provide support and guidance in areas such as social skills, financial management, personal hygiene, cooking, and navigating the internet.
• Collaborate with psychologists, occupational therapists, and nutritionists to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of service users, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Organise and participate in team-building activities and outings to promote social engagement and community integration.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain the highest standards of care.

Qualifications:

• A degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, occupational therapy) is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role within mental healthcare or social services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• A compassionate and patient approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
